Founded in 2010 through the merger of two local homelessness coalitions, CAFTH leads CoC planning and grant coordination with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, administers the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and oversees the Coordinated Entry System that prioritizes housing resources for the most vulnerable households.
