This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while building strong relationships with customers. You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders, product leaders, and cross-functional teams, confidently guiding conversations with both technical and nontechnical audiences. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.

We hold true to our core values of: (1) Be an excellent communicator; (2) Operate with transparency; (3) Provide leverage, not optimization; (4) Win When Our Customers Win; (5) Act with integrity and trust.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the technical implementation of Windfall's solutions for customers, specifically with regards to data and applications
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Windfall's solutions and how they can be applied to meet customers' needs
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customers hit the ground running and achieve success using Windfall's products:
    • Conduct customer data analysis to better understand customer needs and inform implementation strategies
    • Configure and run initial attribution based on knowledge of customer data and KPIs
    • Resolve data and technical issues during the onboarding process
    • Develop application training and content for customers
  • Collaborate with Product leadership to build implementation processes into the Windfall application
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SaaS and DaaS technology
Requirements:
  • Bachelors in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or another quantitative field
  • 2+ years in an external client-facing role with great EQ is essential
  • Scrappiness – We don't have all the answers, but you'll need to find them
  • Basic data science skills or interest in self-learning (Command-Line and SQL proficiency will jumpstart your time to value)
  • Great communication skills internally and externally (Prompt response and action when needed, people rarely need to follow up with you)
  • Startup personality: smart, ethical, friendly, cross-functional, hardworking, and proactive
  • Willingness and desire to learn and adopt new skills - both technical and non-technical - in order to craft and deliver the best solutions
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments with little direction
  • Technical experience with analytical tools, methodologies, and design
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the Martech/Adtech ecosystem
  • Experience with our target verticals (financial services, retail, travel/hospitality)
