Job Description
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
The Digital/Graphics Marketing Coordinator supports the Credit Union's growth, member engagement, and brand awareness initiatives through strategic marketing, graphic design, digital advertising, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), website administration, content creation, email marketing, campaign analytics, and community outreach. The position plays a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive membership growth, product adoption, and member loyalty while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence across all communication channels.
This is an in-office position.
Our Digital/Graphics Coordinator assumes responsibility for ensuring that professional business relations exist with members, Chamber of Commerce, vendors, trade professionals, and the public. Represents the Credit Union at conventions and business fairs and actively sells products and services. Help direct Credit Union sponsorships to ensure that they support marketing goals. Answers related correspondence and represents the Credit Union at sponsor functions. Resolves requests, questions, and problems courteously and professionally. Ensures that communications are efficient and effective. Ensure that publicity and marketing activities create positive members, prospective members, and community responses. Maintains and projects the Credit Union’s professional reputation.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Credit Union personnel and with management. Attends and supports Marketing meetings and activities. Assists, serves and informs departments as needed. Answers questions and resolves problems. Completes required reports and related documents promptly and accurately. Keeps Senior Management informed of area activities including training and of any significant concerns.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned. Completes special projects as assigned and assumes other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:Experience: 2-4 years of similar or related experience.
Education: A college degree.
Other Skills:
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Acrobat). Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and content management systems (CMS). Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and digital advertising platforms. Experience managing social media platforms and paid social advertising campaigns.
Strong graphic design, copywriting, proofreading, and content creation skills.
Experience utilizing email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar systems. Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Photography, videography, and basic video editing experience preferred.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
