We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor with a passion for service excellence to join our team in the Dallas area. Facilities Maintenance Supervisor coordinates HHM’s safety, maintenance and equipment needs, and the cleanliness of the health centers and grounds. The supervisor and Facilities team will assist staff members in facilities-related tasks when required and manage the facilities team in all aspects of performance management, development, and scheduling.

Here's a sneak peek at what you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and regularly review site-specific maintenance plans while evaluating long-term facility improvement needs.
- Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenancein accordance withorganizational procedures and budget considerations.
- Lead the organization's Environment of Care (EOC) program across all clinic locations tomaintaincontinuous Joint Commission and regulatory survey readiness.
- Conduct routine facility inspections, EOC rounds, and life safety audits while tracking corrective actions through completion.
- Partner with Quality, Infection Prevention, and Operations leadership to ensure compliance with Joint Commission, OSHA, HRSA, CMS, NFPA, and applicable regulations.
- Support facility safety byparticipatingin the safety committee andmaintainingsafety audits, inspections, and reports.
- Oversee emergency equipment and life safety systems.
- Perform routine building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC coordination, and repairs.
- Oversee facility security systems including badge access, alarms, keys, and surveillance.
- Coordinate maintenance of the organization's mobile health unit.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, assets, and equipment.
- Oversee janitorial services, landscaping, and facility appearance.
- Manage vendors, contractors, contracts, and service quality.
- Assistwith departmental operating and capital budgets.
- Manage facility work orders and customer service.
- Supervise Facilities staff including scheduling, coaching, performance management, and training.
- Support new clinic openings, relocations, and expansions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed
To be a productive member of our team, you will have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be a self-starter, have the ability to work independently, strong communication skills and the ability to preserve confidentiality. You will also have the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years facilities maintenance experience; healthcareexperience stronglypreferred.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and life safety systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance, vendors, and renovation projects.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA, HRSA, NFPA, and CMS standards preferred.
- Experience conducting facility inspections and EOC documentation preferred.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and project management skills.
- Microsoft Officeproficiency; CMMS/work order software preferred.
- Valid Texas driver's licenserequired.
- Ability to travel between clinic locations and work after-hours/on-callwhen needed.
- Ability to safely perform physical maintenance work.
- Passion for service excellence
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
