Finance Assistant, Media Transfer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Assistant, Media Transfer based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to support essential financial operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
You will contribute to accurate financial processes by managing invoices, payments, reporting, and administrative activities.
The position plays an important role in ensuring smooth coordination between finance, operational teams, and external stakeholders.

Accountabilities:

As a Finance Assistant, you will support daily financial operations by ensuring accuracy, organization, and effective communication across processes. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with clients through email to support financial requests and maintain clear information flow.
  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments and supporting payment and receivables tracking activities.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices while ensuring financial documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Coordinating information with operational teams to support financial processes and client requirements.
  • Assisting with the collection and organization of supporting documents for clients and internal records.
  • Supporting the preparation, analysis, and delivery of requested financial information.
  • Performing data entries and updates within ERP systems.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating financial reports, spreadsheets, and control documents.
  • Consolidating physical and digital process documentation for client submissions.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing expertise in finance operations. Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Basic knowledge of financial tools, ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), and Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Slides.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, organize information, and solve problems proactively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy when handling financial data and documentation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams from different areas and backgrounds.
  • Flexibility and resilience to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership of responsibilities, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Previous experience in finance, accounting, administration, or related areas is considered a plus.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is valued.
  • Experience in student organizations or extracurricular initiatives may be considered an advantage.
