We are currently hiring an HVAC Salesperson to join our team. As an HVAC Salesperson, you will be responsible for expanding sales by evaluating customer needs, presenting products and system options, and providing customized solutions for heating, cooling, and indoor air quality. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and industry trends, as well as the ability to close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer comfort needs
- Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
- Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
- Experience with CRM software and digital sales tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Neat and clean presentation
- Great work ethic
- Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
- Valid driver's license
- Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
