Job Description

The Project Manager leads implementation of Daxko's software solutions for new customers, owning the experience from kickoff to launch. You'll manage multiple projects at once, keep customers and internal teams aligned, and make sure every client gets a smooth path to going live. This role follows Daxko's established implementation methodology, so you'll have a clear framework to work within while bringing your own judgment to each project.

What you'll do
  • Own end-to-end implementation for small and mid-size customer projects, from kickoff through launch
  • Launch each assigned customer within four months of project start
  • Run weekly check-ins with customers and internal teams to report status and flag risk early
  • Partner with Daxko's ETL Data team to support customer data analysis and resolve data questions
  • Keep project documentation current and useful for the teams relying on it
  • Escalate problems early, with context, so they get solved before they grow
  • Travel to customer sites as needed (about 25% of the time)

What you'll bring
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without losing detail
  • Clear, confident communication with both customers and internal teams
  • A problem-solving mindset: you can size up a complex issue, weigh options, and act
  • Comfort self-directing and prioritizing your own workload

Nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • CAPM certification
