Air Conditioning Specialist is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused CSR/Dispatcher to join our Milledgeville team. This position plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience while keeping our technicians’ schedules organized and efficient.

The ideal candidate is comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls, managing changing schedules, communicating with technicians, and remaining calm when the day gets busy.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly

• Schedule service appointments and collect accurate customer information

• Dispatch technicians based on location, skill level, urgency, and availability

• Monitor the daily schedule and adjust appointments as circumstances change

• Communicate schedule updates, delays, and arrival information to customers

• Maintain regular communication with technicians throughout the day

• Provide customers with a friendly, helpful, and professional experience

• Accurately document calls, appointments, and customer concerns

• Follow up with customers as needed

• Assist with membership scheduling, maintenance appointments, and outbound calls

• Work closely with management and other office team members

• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns

• Maintain accurate records within the company’s software system

• Previous customer service, dispatching, call-center, or office experience preferred

• HVAC, plumbing, or home-service experience is a plus

• ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred

• Strong phone and communication skills

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong computer and data-entry skills

• Ability to learn new software quickly
