The Georgia Mountains YMCA is seeking a Part-Time Integrated Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across digital, social, email, print, and in-person channels. This position works closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications to promote YMCA programs, membership, events, and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across YMCA platforms.
Develop marketing materials for programs, events, membership, and organizational initiatives.
Create and schedule email campaigns and member communications.
Create and manage Meta ads and monitor campaign performance and program registrations.
Design graphics, flyers, presentations, digital signage, and other promotional materials.
Capture photo and video content at YMCA programs and events.
Assist with Reels and other short-form video content.
Update website content, Linktree, program schedules, and community calendars.
Support marketing for childcare, membership, youth programs, events, hiring, and other YMCA initiatives.
Coordinate marketing requests, projects, and deadlines through Asana.
Assist with event signage, materials, forms, presentations, and promotional needs.
Track marketing expenses, receipts, and invoices.
Provide additional marketing support as needed.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or a related field preferred. Relevant internship experience may be considered.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written communication skills.
Experience creating content for social media platforms and managing organizational or business accounts preferred.
Experience with Canva required.
Experience creating and editing short-form video content, including Reels, is ideal.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, digital advertising, email marketing, photography, or website management is a plus.

Position Details

Hours: 29 hours per week

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Reports To: Vice President of Marketing & Communications

Location: J.A. Walters Family YMCA, Gainesville, Georgia (on-site)

Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed for YMCA events, photography, or other marketing activities.
