Health Transit Services Manager in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Health Transit Services Manager to join the Health Transit Services Department in Bolivar, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

Position Details

• Status: Full-time
• Work Shift: Days
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

What Your Day Looks Like: The Health Transit Services Department coordinates transportation services for residents in our communities who require assistance to attend medical appointments.

As a Health Transit Services Manager, you will be:

• Coordinating team member schedules to ensure timely pick up and drop off for all scheduled appointments
• Coordinating maintenance and repair needs for vehicles and the department
• Addressing personnel and staffing needs, including hiring and orienting new team members
• Maintaining all driver records for state and agency audit requests
• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Performing duties as a transit driver as needed

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• Skills/Experience: Public health or community health experience recommended
• Licensure/Certification: Class E license issued by the State of Missouri and must be in good standing with Department of Motor Vehicles; First Aid
• Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting, standing and walking; ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. with and without assistance
