At Pink Callers, we are a ServiceTitan Certi?ed Call Center dedicated to providing top-notch remote customer service for HVAC, plumbing, roo?ng, and electrical contractors. Our team of customer service rockstars uses both human expertise and AI-driven tools to manage calls and interactions, allowing contractors to focus on their core work. We're all about creating a supportive and engaging environment for our team.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling incoming customer calls with professionalism and a smile.
Using ServiceTitan to manage customer interactions ef?ciently.
Providing support to customers with questions about their service needs.
Collaborating with a friendly and dynamic team to enhance customer satisfaction.
