Epic Training Proctor (Temporary) in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Med Center Health

Med Center Health is seeking temporary team members to proctor employee training sessions for Epic, our new electronic health record (EHR) system, through the end of the year.

This position offers flexible scheduling. Training sessions range from approximately two to eight hours and are offered at various times throughout the week. Most sessions occur during regular weekday hours, with some evening and weekend options available.

Team members will be able to review the available dates, times, and locations and select the sessions they would like to commit to. Candidates should be available for at least two sessions per week for as many weeks as possible through the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure classroom equipment and computer workstations are ready for use.
• Help participants log into workstations and access their email.
• Provide basic assistance during training sessions.
• Verify participants’ training completion.
• Remain available throughout each assigned session.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic computer and customer service skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Able to commit to at least two training sessions per week.
• Familiarity with Med Center Health locations is preferred.
• Comfortable navigating between Med Center Health locations with minimal instruction and supervision.
