What You'll DoAs a Training Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and manage employee training compliance, onboarding programs, annual training requirements, and staff development initiatives.• Conduct New Employee Developmental Training and schedule, facilitate, or coordinate required training programs including CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Clinical CEU trainings.• Maintain training databases, employee training records, compliance reports, audits, and documentation to ensure regulatory and organizational requirements are met.• Develop, implement, and improve training programs, policies, materials, and communications while collaborating with Human Resources and operational leadership.• Travel to regional offices and affiliate locations to deliver training, support compliance initiatives, and assist with special projects as assigned.
