HP Cadwallader is seeking Forklift Operators in its Harleysville, PA production facility for 1st (5am – 2pm) and 2nd shift (2pm – 11pm).

Responsibilities:

- Operate a seated, propane-powered forklift to move corrugated material.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

- Experience operating forklift.

- Experience in the corrugated box industry a requirement for 1st shift position.

- Experience in the corrugated box industry a plus for 2nd shift position.

- Ability to be seated in a forklift for long periods of time.

- Flexibility in changing priorities and working independently.

- Willingness to assist in all jobs on the plant floor.

- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays.

- Work closely with other production personnel as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity.

- Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems.
