Interns will assist with financial reporting, data entry and validation, audit preparation, and process-improvement initiatives, gaining exposure to the financial backbone of a technology-driven insurance company.

Claims

Gain hands-on experience in the claims lifecycle by assisting claims professionals with intake, documentation, and file management. Interns will learn how claims are investigated, evaluated, and resolved; support quality assurance reviews; and help identify opportunities to streamline claims workflows through technology — all with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience at every step.

Work alongside our data scientists to analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and generate insights that inform pricing, risk assessment, and operational decision-making. Interns may contribute to machine learning prototypes, data visualization dashboards, and statistical analyses, applying Python, SQL, and modern analytics tooling to real business problems in the insurance industry.

Sales

Support the sales organization in prospect research, pipeline management, and client engagement preparation. Interns will assist with market and competitor analysis, proposal and presentation development, CRM data hygiene, and distribution partner outreach — building a strong foundation in consultative selling within the insurance and insurtech space.

Interns will assist with market research, competitive analysis, product requirement documentation, and feature testing, while learning how user feedback, data, and business strategy come together to shape products that redefine the insurance experience.
