Executive Assistant in Lawrence, Massachusetts at Merrimack Health

Lawrence General hospital is looking for a career Executive Assistant. Under the supervision of the Chief Executive Assistant, the Executive Assistant performs administrative services and projects for assigned Sr. Executives as needed. Works closely with the other Executive Assistants to ensure office coverage, workload distribution and project coordination.

The qualified candidate is a fast learner with excellent customer service, judgment and communication skills. The responsibilities of this position include maintaining complex calendars, correspondence and confidential data to include documents, reports, and contracts, meeting management and internal and external communication. Partners with other members of the executive assistant team to plan organization wide activity.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to take initiative and make independent decisions, attention to detail, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic are a must.
• Associates degree or the equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of three years' executive level administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office required
