Job Description
At Blue Zones Health, we believe patient care extends far beyond the traditional clinical encounter. Excellent care requires a seamless blend of compassionate human connection, meticulous clinical support, and proactive operational efficiency. We view the medical assistant and patient care coordinator not merely as a support role, but as an essential heartbeat of our care center—ensuring that every patient feels welcomed, understood, and thoroughly supported from the moment they schedule an appointment to the conclusion of their visit.
The care journey relies on an integrated team. Providers make clinical decisions, clinical operations maintain environment and workflow readiness, and our front-line patient care coordinators bridge administration and clinical excellence. The goal is not simply keeping a schedule running on time—it is to create a welcoming, safe, and frictionless environment where every patient receives exceptional preventive and clinical care, leaving feeling valued and empowered in their health journey.

In this role, you are the face and first impression of our center, ensuring that patients experience high-touch, whole-person care while our clinical operations run with precision.
The Medical Assistant translates day-to-day administrative and clinical requirements into a warm, organized experience for patients, working hand-in-hand with providers, clinical operations, and care teams. Working closely with practice leadership, providers, and administrative teams, you help make operations an integrated, supportive part of how Blue Zones Health delivers transformative care.
