This 62-room boutique neighborhood hotel with thoughtfully designed industrial-inspired guest rooms also features an all-day bakery and café, a lobby bar, and a friendly shuffleboard sports bar.POSITION PROFILE:FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR | ARRIVE MEMPHISARRIVE Memphis is seeking a motivated, service-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the leadership and daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining operational standards, supervising team members, and promoting efficient communication between departments. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a dynamic hotel environment.The Food & Beverage Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, events, team performance, guest satisfaction, and compliance with company standards while fostering a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.THE TASK AT HAND:Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and alignment with overall hotel objectives.Train onsite team on all standards of operationProvide input on department scheduling to the hotel management teamParticipate in monthly inventory processConsistently deliver professional, welcoming, and engaging service to guests and team members.Monitor and uphold service standards while providing hands-on support to front-of-house operations.Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery opportunities.Balance operational, administrative, and team needs to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.Assist leadership team in planning, coordinating, and executing on-site events and special activations.Collaborate with all hotel department leads to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experience.Support, and oversee food and beverage team members to ensure high standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.Ensure all styling standards are followed consistently.Execute opening and closing procedures while maintaining organization, efficiency, and accountability throughout each shift.Administer guest compensation and discount programs in accordance with company policies.Maintain accurate records related to point-of-sale systems including all payments and transactions.Assist Management with content creation, photography, and brand-focused social media initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and all applicable regulations.Perform additional duties and special projects assigned by hotel and corporate leadership.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:RequiredA minimum of 2 years in a food & beverage service roleFamiliarity with MS Office, Google Apps and other organizational computer tools.Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal preferred.Provide legible communication and directions.Compute basic arithmetic.Perform job junctions with attention to eye for detail, speed and accuracy.Prioritize, organize, and follow up.Be a clear thinker, remain calm and resolving problems using good judgment.Follow directions thoroughly and work with minimal supervision.PhysicalAbility to stand for long periods of time, walk and bend, and push, pull, or lift up to 30 lbs.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
