We are currently seeking a Vehicle Prepper and Sub Assembler to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and thrive in a team-oriented production environment.

• Complete assigned vehicle preparation and assembly tasks.
• Assist with staging, organizing, and moving materials throughout the production area.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Support production schedules by preparing vehicles and materials for upcoming work.
• Gather parts, tools, and equipment needed for vehicle assembly projects.
• Assist with quality-related corrections and rework as needed.
• Communicate material shortages, damaged components, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established safety procedures and company standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working with automotive parts, tools, or equipment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical aptitude or assembly experience is preferred but not required.

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, non-exempt position
