Part-time Lead General Cleanerwith Marsden South

Shift: The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday from 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and Saturday and/or Sunday from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview. The total expected hours are approximately 27.5 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: $16.00

Location: Tomball, TX

Requirements:

• You must be 18 years old
• You must be flexible and be able to work with our scheduling needs.
• You must have work authorization
• You must have janitorial experience
• A pre-employment drug screen is required for some of our accounts, and a criminal background check is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Custodial leadership experience
• Willing and comfortable working in a school environment

Job Duties:

• General cleaning and any additional requests as needed
• Oversee a group of custodial employees, train employees, and cover shifts
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Clean and restock restrooms
• Collect and dispose of trash
• Interacts with clients and building employees in a respectful, professional, treating others with empathy and dignity.
