Job Description
OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote Parq Casino's services and events. This role involves managing marketing activities and ensuring the casino's brand is effectively communicated to the target audience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Execute Marketing Plans: Work directly with Director of Marketing to create and implement both short-term and long-term marketing plans to achieve the casino's objectives.
Brand Development: Maintain the casino's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications. Ensure all staff are trained on the casino brand.
Advertising Campaigns: Work directly with Director of Marketing to plan, develop, and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, including print, digital, and social media, partner media etc. to achieve the casino's objectives.
Special Events: Plan and manage special events to attract and engage customers, ensuring they align with the casino's brand and marketing goals.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget. Prep for P&L meetings, forecasts and budgets.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the brand marketing team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment where everyone feels like a Big Deal.
Agency & Sponsorship Management: Manage the agencies Parq Casino uses on the brand marketing side, ensuring all campaigns align with brand guidelines & tone. Coordinate with external agencies for promotional activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, Marriott (Hotel) and Blau (Restaurants), to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with gaming regulations, player health policies and company policies.
