Position Summary 
Data Entry Case Workers support program operations through data support assignments.  

Key Responsibilities 
Manage assigned cases from intake through completion. 
Maintain accurate documentation and case records. 
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual requirements. 
Enter and maintain information in electronic case management systems. 
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders. 
Participate in required meetings, training, and quality assurance activities. 
Perform data entry and validation. 
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy. 
Generate reports and support quality assurance activities. 
Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects assigned by management, consistent with the needs of the business.  

Minimum Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
One (1) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience. 
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. 
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
