Lead the night shift on a world-class flexo press, 2-3-2 12-hour night shift (6:00pm - 6:00am).
Anagram makes the foil balloons that show up at celebrations around the world, and our night shift keeps that going. We're looking for a hands-on Print Supervisor who knows flexo inside and out and wants to build a strong team around them.

What you'll do
You'll lead our printing & extrusion crew on a state-of-the-art wide-web gearless sleeve flexo press to hit safety, quality, and production targets.
Schedule and assign your crew to match the production plan.
Give final approval on finished print jobs.
Find and drive improvements that cut waste and raise efficiency.
Keep the shift safe and compliant with MPCA, EPA, and Hennepin County environmental requirements.

What you bring
3+ years of flexo printing and/or extrusion experience (wide-web or continuous-feed)
2+ years of supervising a production team
Solid knowledge of films, resins, polymers, and extrusion coating
Working knowledge of safety, first aid, hazardous waste, and emergency procedures
A data-driven, problem-solving mindset and clear communication skills
Bonus: thermal die cutting, flexible packaging web handling, heat transfer dies, or training experience
