Job Description
Job Summary
The Membership Partner supports the day-to-day operations of the Membership Services and Experiences team by serving as a front-line resource for members. This role handles incoming help desk tickets, responds to member inquiries by phone and email, processes membership requests, and assists members with navigating their account and membership status. The Membership Partner works closely with the Membership Experiences and Operations Lead to ensure members receive timely, accurate, and consistent service across every touchpoint.

Reports to: Membership Services & Experiences Team Lead
Work Location: Remote
FLSA Category: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Standard Schedule: Evenings and weekends required; approximately 15-20 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Help Desk Tickets: Respond to member inquiries and issues submitted through our help desk system promptly and professionally.
- Membership Support: Assist members with various aspects of their membership, including renewals, upgrades, and general information.
- Process Member Requests: Efficiently process requests from members, such as account updates, service changes, and other related tasks.
- Answer Calls: Handle incoming calls from members, addressing their questions and concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, and Teams).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address member inquiries and issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build positive relationships with members and the IHQ team.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and member needs.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing member requests and handling inquiries.
Schedule
- Maximum of four (4) hours per shift; approximately 15-20 hours per week.
- Staggered scheduling between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Established in 1948 by the 12th International President and first Executive Secretary (now Executive Director), Lullelia Walker Harrison, the International Headquarters (IHQ) of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated was the first Black sorority to establish a national headquarters. The IHQ team works collaboratively to support the sorority's mission and ensure efficient and effective operations across its numerous chapters worldwide.
