IT Sales Administrator in Mountain Pine, Arkansas at WinChoice

WinChoice is seeking a motivated Mid-Level IT Sales Administrator to support our sales and field teams by managing user accounts, equipment, and technical support. This role is vital in ensuring our teams have seamless access to technology, enabling them to perform at their best and drive company growth.

• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and software access for sales and canvassing team members
• Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up technology, equipment, and system access
• Support offboarding processes by securing accounts and returning company-issued equipment
• Manage IT equipment inventory, track devices, and coordinate procurement with the IT Manager
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to field and office staff
• Collaborate with the IT team on daily support tasks and technology projects
• Perform additional IT-related duties and special projects as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate knowledge of computer troubleshooting and technical support
• Experience working with Windows and Apple hardware and software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and escalate when necessary
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests and priorities

• Previous help desk or IT support experience
• Customer service or client-facing experience
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra
• Basic networking troubleshooting skills
• Support experience in field or multi-location environments
