Product Analytics Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Analytics Coordinator based in Mexico.

The Product Analytics Coordinator will help turn product usage data into actionable insights that improve digital experiences and business outcomes.
You will analyze how users interact with applications and websites, identifying patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
The role combines data analysis, dashboard development, metric definition, and close collaboration with product teams.
You will help establish KPIs and conversion funnels while monitoring user behavior, engagement, and retention.
A key part of the position is connecting product usage with revenue and broader business performance.
You will work in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-paced environment where analytical thinking and continuous learning are highly valued.

Accountabilities
  • Track and analyze how users navigate and interact with digital applications and websites.
  • Support the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion funnels, engagement metrics, and other product performance measures.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate user behavior, retention, and product performance.
  • Transform raw data into useful insights that help product teams improve features, identify issues, and make informed decisions.
  • Analyze user behavior and product usage patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for optimization.
  • Develop product impact metrics that connect user activity and product adoption with revenue and broader business performance.
  • Collaborate with product and other multidisciplinary teams to understand analytical needs and provide relevant, reliable data.
  • Help ensure that reporting and analysis are based on accurate, clean, and consistently defined data.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write basic and advanced queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
  • Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, BigQuery, or Snowflake is preferred.
  • Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues, including duplicate, missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate records.
  • Experience creating and integrating reports and dashboards using Data Studio or Looker Studio.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and other analytical tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify patterns and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to understand product metrics, user behavior, conversion funnels, retention, and business impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and explain technical information clearly to different audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, receive feedback, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High motivation to learn, develop new analytical capabilities, and grow professionally.
