This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Meta PPC Specialist based in India.
This is an opportunity for an experienced paid social specialist to drive qualified lead generation for U.S.-based home service businesses. You will own Meta advertising campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and launch through optimization and scaling. The role combines performance analysis, audience strategy, creative direction, and conversion-focused experimentation. You will work with meaningful advertising budgets while balancing lead volume, lead quality, and target acquisition costs. Close collaboration with CRM, sales, and creative teams will help connect campaign performance to real downstream business results. The position is fully remote and offers a focused environment for a specialist with deep U.S. home services expertise to make a measurable impact.
- Plan, build, launch, and manage full-funnel Meta advertising campaigns for U.S.-based home service businesses.
- Develop campaign strategies covering targeting, account structure, budgets, bidding, creative direction, offers, and lead-generation objectives.
- Manage campaigns across home service verticals including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, painting, cleaning, construction, and related residential services.
- Analyze performance metrics such as CPL, qualified lead rate, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, frequency, CTR, CPM, and attribution data.
- Optimize campaigns based on both lead volume and the quality and downstream sales performance of generated leads.
- Collaborate with CRM and sales teams to determine which campaigns, audiences, creatives, and offers are producing qualified customers.
- Design and execute structured A/B tests across creative concepts, audiences, offers, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing hooks, angles, offers, video concepts, images, ad copy, and calls to action.
- Manage substantial advertising budgets and scale winning campaigns while maintaining target CPL and lead quality.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), events, tracking, and attribution.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues, identify campaign inefficiencies, and develop data-driven growth strategies.
- Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor changes to Meta Ads, Advantage+ solutions, attribution, measurement, and emerging paid social strategies.
- 4+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with proven success generating leads for U.S.-based businesses.
- Direct and demonstrable experience managing Meta campaigns for U.S.-based home service companies is mandatory; candidates without this specific experience will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. home services market, local targeting, lead generation, lead quality, CPL optimization, and campaign scaling.
- Experience working with multiple Meta Ads accounts simultaneously, preferably within a performance marketing or digital marketing agency.
- Ability to demonstrate actual Meta advertising work personally managed for U.S. home service campaigns.
- Ability to provide 2–5 examples of Meta ad creatives, including video and/or image campaigns, from relevant home service accounts.
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), Advantage+ campaigns, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, interest targeting, and attribution.
- Strong understanding of post-iOS 14 measurement and Meta Lead Ads, including Instant Forms.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and landing-page conversion rate optimization.
- Meta Blueprint Certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, interpret complex performance data, and communicate actionable insights.
- Comfortable working Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.
- Must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, a noise-free workspace, and backup internet and power solutions.
- Full-time, fully remote position.
- Starting compensation of USD $4.00 per hour.

- LAN-cabled internet required, along with a secondary internet connection meeting minimum connectivity standards.
- Reliable power backup capable of supporting at least 8 hours of the full work shift.
