This role offers the opportunity to drive commercial growth and strategic business development across Latin America.
You will support the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and proposals through negotiations and contract closing.
Working closely with regional partners, customers, sales channels, engineering, product, and operations teams, you will help bring mission-critical technology to market.
The role combines business development, channel management, market intelligence, customer engagement, and technical understanding.
You will analyze regional procurement cycles, market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to inform commercial strategy and demand forecasting.
As a key regional representative, you will participate in industry events, demonstrations, and executive engagements across the territory.

Support the complete sales lifecycle for assigned regional accounts, progressing opportunities from qualification and proposal development through contract negotiation and closing.
Monitor the performance of regional partners and support established channel networks while identifying and evaluating potential new distributors, resellers, and channel partners.
Enable regional partners by supporting product training, demonstrations, and technical readiness, including ensuring demonstration equipment and supporting tools remain functional.
Analyze regional market conditions, procurement timelines, customer demand, and local trends to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
Gather and synthesize market intelligence covering customer needs, competitive positioning, procurement processes, and emerging commercial opportunities across Latin America.
Build and communicate data-driven insights to regional and broader sales leadership using dashboards, AI-supported reporting, and other technology-enabled tools.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams to communicate customer feedback and help align product development and production priorities with market requirements.
Represent the organization at regional trade shows, product demonstrations, industry events, and customer engagements to strengthen market presence and commercial relationships.
Coordinate executive and technical visits throughout the assigned territory, serving as a key regional point of contact.
Independently support the creation and progression of sales opportunities while developing long-term relationships with strategic customer stakeholders.
Help bridge end-user operational requirements with internal engineering and product roadmaps.
Contribute to strategic initiatives that expand account growth, channel effectiveness, and commercial opportunities throughout the region.
Professional experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within tactical communications, wireless technology, defense, public safety, or related industries.
Knowledge of tactical communications, including MANET ecosystems, RF networking, and wireless network integration.
Strong market intelligence capabilities, with an understanding of regional procurement cycles, public safety funding structures, and/or defense acquisition processes.
Ability to independently support opportunity development and cultivate long-term relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders.
Experience working with distributor, reseller, or channel partner networks, including partner assessment, enablement, and product knowledge development.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate end-user operational requirements into actionable input for engineering and product teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn regional market data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into clear recommendations.
Ability to create and communicate business presentations and data-driven reports to regional and senior leadership.
Professional proficiency in English and relevant regional languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and business partners.
Completion of secondary school or post-secondary education in business, engineering, communications, or a related field.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred: Previous military service, defense procurement, or public safety operations experience.
Preferred: Program management experience in high-performance commercial environments.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across geographically distributed and multidisciplinary teams.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with travel expected to exceed 50% of working time.
No relocation support is provided for this position.
