Job Description
Position Summary:
Steel Warehouse is seeking a Corporate Reliability Engineer to lead enterprise-wide equipment reliability, predictive maintenance and asset performance initiatives across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role owns the AssetWatch predictive maintenance program and drives effective use of Limble CMMS integration.
Key Qualifications Summary:
Hands-on reliability professional with manufacturing maintenance, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and asset reliability improvement experience. Able to influence teams across multiple locations and drive measurable improvements.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Own reliability and predictive maintenance programs.
• Review condition monitoring and equipment health data.
• Lead root cause investigations.
• Support plant maintenance teams.
• Optimize AssetWatch and Limble workflows.
• Develop KPI reporting and accountabilit
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years industrial maintenance/reliability experience; strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance; CMMS experience; willingness to travel.
