Job Description
The Brand Marketing Coordinator keeps the marketing team's day-to-day work running smoothly, supporting the Senior Brand Marketing Manager and the broader team across campaign execution, project coordination and administrative needs for Barcelona Wine Bar and Corsica Wine Bar.
Location: This is a remote position based in the eastern US, with strong preference to candidates in Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Boston or the greater NYC area. Occasional travel to our restaurants across the country and our home office located in Westport, CT will be expected.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate execution of the marketing calendar across content, promotions, email and paid campaigns, keeping projects on schedule and stakeholders aligned.
- Support the Senior Brand Marketing Manager on campaign logistics, creative briefs and cross-functional coordination with restaurant teams.
- Manage day-to-day administrative needs of the marketing team, including vendor communication, invoice and payment tracking, and asset organization.
- Support with implementation of content strategies across various social media platforms and owned channels.
- Liaise with restaurant teams to facilitate proactive and reactive requests related to digital or physical operations.
- Assist with reporting by pulling data and formatting decks and summaries for internal and board updates.
- Support gift card, promotional and event programs with logistics and execution.
- Maintain the brand asset library and help ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across teams and restaurant locations.
- Support Group Dining & Events initiatives with collateral requests, database maintenance, other needs as they arise.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- One to two years of marketing, project coordination or related experience, ideally in hospitality, retail or consumer brands.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once.
- Familiar with basic tools like Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets; exposure to email platforms, social scheduling tools or project management software is a plus.
- Clear written communication and a collaborative, no-task-too-small attitude.
- Team player with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and an eagerness to learn.
- Genuine interest in hospitality and the restaurant industry.
