Job Description

Videographer- Social Media Manager
Job description:

Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center is a fast-growing, multi-specialty ambulatory care facility with 15+ integrated service lines. We are seeking a seasoned, all-in-one creative and digital marketing professional to own our brand across every channel — from camera to caption to conversion. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who can shoot, edit, produce, optimize, and grow. If you live and breathe content, SEO, and social strategy, and you have the portfolio and track record to prove it, we want to meet you.

This is not an entry-level or generalist position. We are looking for a true expert with deep, demonstrable mastery across videography, photography, post-production, social media management, paid and organic growth, web optimization, and lead generation.

What You'll Do

Videography & Production

Full-cycle video production: concept, scripting, storyboarding, lighting, audio, multi-camera shooting, directing on-set talent, and final delivery.
Editing & post-production: cutting, color grading/correction, audio mixing and cleanup, motion graphics, lower-thirds, captions/subtitles, transitions, and platform-specific exports.
Short-form & long-form: Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, vertical video, testimonials, procedure explainers, provider spotlights, event coverage, and brand films.
Software mastery: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, and Adobe Audition (or equivalents).
Gear: operate and maintain professional cameras, gimbals/stabilizers, drones (Part 107 a plus), lighting kits, lavalier/shotgun/boom audio, and teleprompters.
Photography

Professional photography: provider and staff headshots, team photos, facility and equipment photography, before/after and clinical imagery, event and lifestyle shots, and product photography.
Photo editing & retouching: Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop — color, retouching, compositing, and brand-consistent presets.
Studio & on-location: lighting setups, posing direction, and backdrop/set management for both studio and natural-light shoots.
Social Media Management

Sprout Social (required): expert-level, day-to-day management — scheduling, publishing, social listening, inbox/engagement management, approval workflows, and reporting.
All platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and emerging channels.
Content calendar: build and maintain a strategic, multi-service-line content calendar with consistent posting cadence across every platform.
Community management: respond to comments, DMs, and reviews; nurture audience relationships; protect and grow brand reputation.
Copywriting: write platform-native captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions.
SEO, Website & Lead Generation

Google listings & Local SEO: optimize and manage Google Business Profile(s), local citations, NAP consistency, reviews, and map-pack ranking across multiple service lines/locations.
Website optimization: on-page SEO, page speed, mobile optimization, metadata, schema, landing pages, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and content updates (WordPress/CMS).
Lead generation: build and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, forms, and campaigns that turn audience into booked patients.
Paid media: plan, launch, and optimize paid social and Google Ads campaigns; manage budgets and report ROAS.
Analytics & reporting: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Sprout analytics, and platform insights; translate data into action and present results to leadership.
Email & SMS marketing: campaigns, automations, and audience segmentation (a strong plus).
What You Bring

10+ years minimum of professional, hands-on experience spanning videography, photography, post-production, and social media/digital marketing.
Expert-level Sprout Social proficiency — you know the platform inside and out.
A standout portfolio / reel demonstrating both creative range and measurable marketing results (growth, engagement, leads).
Full Adobe Creative Cloud mastery (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition) plus DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut.
Proven SEO & lead-gen track record with real numbers — ranking improvements, traffic growth, conversions, and ROAS.
Multi-platform fluency across all major social channels and their native formats and trends.
Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual design sensibility.
Self-directed, deadline-driven, and able to manage many projects simultaneously without dropping quality.
Comfortable being on-site and on-camera-adjacent, directing providers and staff.
Weekend & event flexibility for shoots, launches, and time-sensitive content.
Healthcare, medical, wellness, or sports/fitness marketing experience strongly preferred.
Reliable transportation; valid driver's license.
Bonus Points

FAA Part 107 drone certification.
Motion graphics / 3D (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender).
Podcast or audio production experience.
HIPAA-aware content practices and familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance.
Experience scaling content across multiple locations / a multi-site brand.
AI content tools (image, video, copy) used responsibly to boost output.

Type: Full-time, on-site at our Madison, NJ facility.
