We are currently seeking a Training & Enablement Specialist to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

AllOne Health’s Strategic Transformation Office is expanding its Center of Excellence to support long-term platform adoption and sustainable processes across the organization. The Training & Enablement Specialist provides targeted, individualized training to employees referred by their manager or the Center of Excellence Manager for additional support, helping close the gap between how AllOne Health’s platforms are designed to work and how they are used in practice.

This role does not hold employees accountable for process adherence; it is a coaching and enablement function that responds to referrals from leadership.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES:

• Deliver one-on-one and small-group training for employees referred by their manager or the Center of Excellence Manager
• Build and maintain reusable training materials, SOPs, and quick-reference guides aligned to current pipeline, workflow, and process documentation
• Diagnose the root cause behind a given employee's difficulty with the platform including knowledge gap, process design issue, or system limitation and tailor the training approach accordingly
• Apply change management methodology (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent) to help individuals adopt new processes and system behaviors, particularly where prior training did not result in lasting behavior change
• Partner with Center of Excellence and Strategic Planning & Alignment leads to translate new processes and system changes into training content ahead of rollout
• Track training outcomes (completion, follow-up error rates) to evaluate whether interventions are working and refine the approach accordingly
• Maintain a working caseload of referrals of trainees and prioritize scheduling across a variable monthly volume

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a training, enablement, or change management role
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales Hub and/or Service Hub certifications); familiarity with pipelines, workflows, custom objects, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of change management frameworks and their application to individual behavior change, not solely system rollout communications
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to diagnose why an employee is struggling with a process, not simply re-explain the steps
  • Experience delivering remedial or targeted training, as distinct from broad onboarding or cohort-based training
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload of trainees and prioritize competing scheduling demands
  • Comfortable working one-on-one with employees who may be frustrated or resistant, with patience and a coaching mindset
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cross-departmental systems training
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., Sales Hub or Service Hub)
  • Prior experience in a Center of Excellence or PMO-adjacent function
