The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

As a member of the PeopleSoft IT&S team, the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst supports enterprise applications with a primary focus on PeopleSoft HCM, Etime/Time & Labor, and Advanced Scheduler.

In this role, you will provide functional production support, troubleshoot application and integration issues, support new affiliate implementations, and assist with system upgrades, releases, and technical updates. You will also work with enterprise applications such as Axiom and QGenda and partner closely with functional teams, technical teams, affiliate stakeholders, and consultants.

As a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst, a Typical Day May Include
  • Supporting PeopleSoft HCM, Etime/Time & Labor, and Advanced Scheduler applications and related functionality.
  • Providing functional production support and assisting with new affiliate implementations.
  • Supporting integrations between PeopleSoft HCM and enterprise applications such as Axiom and QGenda.
  • Troubleshooting application, integration, configuration, and conversion issues using root cause analysis.
  • Supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, releases, tax updates, system enhancements, and configuration changes.
  • Acting as a liaison between functional and technical teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Supporting system and user testing, including test scripts, validation, and issue resolution.
  • Creating clear business, functional, technical, and process documentation to support implementations and ongoing system support.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements while resolving integrated system and workflow issues.
  • Managing multiple priorities, projects, and production issues while collaborating with affiliate stakeholders, consultants, and PeopleSoft IT&S team members.

  • You have hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM and Time & Labor applications.
  • You enjoy troubleshooting complex application and integration issues.
  • You understand how different PeopleSoft modules and enterprise systems interact.
  • You are comfortable partnering with both functional business teams and technical teams.
  • You can translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You take ownership of issues and can work independently while knowing when to escalate.
To Be Considered for the PeopleSoft Functional Analyst Position, You Must Have:
  • Associate’s degree with 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience supporting enterprise applications, PeopleSoft, or related systems.
  • Experience supporting the development, configuration, build, or functionality of enterprise applications.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM and/or Time & Labor Management systems.
