Chrome Customer Success Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chrome Customer Success Analyst based in United States.

As a Chrome Customer Success Analyst, you will play a key role in retaining and growing a portfolio of SMB customers.
You will analyze customer usage, account health, renewal trends, and business outcomes to identify risks and opportunities.
Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams, you will help drive timely and effective renewals.
Your work will directly support customer retention, revenue growth, and long-term account value.
The role combines data analysis, customer engagement, commercial awareness, and process improvement in a virtual-first environment.
You will also contribute to automation, scalable customer success practices, and initiatives that improve team efficiency.
This is an opportunity to build expertise in customer lifecycle management while making a measurable impact on business performance.

Accountabilities
  • Manage and execute annual renewals for an assigned portfolio of SMB customers, ensuring activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.

  • Act as a customer advocate and key point of contact, aligning customer objectives with relevant products, services, and success strategies.

  • Develop proactive retention strategies, identify churn risks, and support efforts to reverse potential downsells.

  • Monitor customer usage, adoption, account health, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations to facilitate contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account changes.

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products, features, or services when customer needs indicate potential for growth.

  • Generate and interpret account performance reports that demonstrate the value and business impact of products and services.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, success plans, renewal information, and risk indicators within CRM systems.

  • Contribute to process automation initiatives designed to improve renewal efficiency and scalability.

  • Share insights and recommendations that help improve renewal strategies, customer success playbooks, and internal processes.

  • Contribute to team enablement by sharing best practices, customer insights, and process improvements.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience analyzing customer data, product usage, account performance, or similar business information to identify trends and actionable insights.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret usage, adoption, pricing, health scores, and other customer metrics to support decisions.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to customer needs and renewal deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and interested in applying technology to improve efficiency.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM systems and customer data management.

  • Knowledge of process automation is an advantage.

  • Experience with subscription-based data products or services is desirable.

  • A customer-focused mindset combined with business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.
