This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to lead technology modernization initiatives across a diverse, multi-language engineering environment. You will guide architectural decisions while working across C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, Angular, and React. A key focus will be applying AI-powered engineering practices to accelerate refactoring, code analysis, testing, and delivery. You will also help drive the evolution of data platforms from SQL Server toward modern Databricks-based architectures. The position combines hands-on technical leadership, strategic problem-solving, and mentoring across engineering teams. You will collaborate with Product Managers and international stakeholders in a fully English-speaking environment. For candidates residing in the Campinas Metropolitan Region, office attendance in Campinas is required according to the applicable attendance policy.

Lead the technical direction of modernization initiatives, combining architectural expertise, technological adaptability, and hands-on engineering leadership across a broad ecosystem.

• Design and implement architectures across C#/.NET, Java, Node.js, Angular, and React, integrating technologies according to product and business needs.
• Apply AI engineering techniques, including prompt engineering, LLM-assisted code analysis, and AI development tools, to accelerate modernization, refactoring, testing, and delivery.
• Lead the modernization of the data layer, including the transition from SQL Server toward modern Databricks-based architectures.
• Partner with specialists across different technical disciplines to ensure a secure, scalable, and coordinated transition to modern architectures.
• Mentor engineers and promote technology-agnostic software engineering practices and a culture of adaptability.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, reliability, and software quality through automated testing and CI/CD in a shared-responsibility engineering environment.
• Serve as a technical bridge between engineering teams, Product Managers, and international leadership, communicating effectively in English.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings broad architectural knowledge, strong modernization experience, and the ability to work effectively across multiple technologies rather than being tied to a single technology stack. Strong communication, technical leadership, and adaptability are essential.

• Advanced English, with the ability to present architectural solutions, lead technical discussions, and align expectations with global stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the architectural concepts, advantages, and trade-offs associated with Angular, React, C#, .NET, Java, and Node.js.
• Proven experience leading technology modernization projects, large-scale system refactoring, and distributed architectures such as microservices and serverless environments.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling and relational databases, particularly SQL Server, with the ability to guide migrations toward analytics and Big Data platforms such as Databricks.
• Practical experience using AI-powered software engineering tools such as Copilot, CodeWhisperer, or similar solutions to support refactoring, testing, code reviews, and engineering productivity.
• Strong engineering culture focused on automated testing, code quality, DevOps, CI/CD, performance, and scalability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, mentoring, and leadership-by-influence skills.
• Experience leading Databricks, Spark, or Cloud-based Data Lake implementations is a plus.
• Knowledge of observability practices and tools such as OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, or Datadog is a plus.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform, in multi-technology environments is a plus.
