$25 - $45 hourly

• Prepare estimates, quotes, and proposals for commercial HVAC projects

• Coordinate scheduling and communication with field technicians

• Maintain project updates and customer communication through CRM software

• Review project specifications, labor, and material requirements

• Support sales and operations teams with technical and administrative tasks

• Ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up with customers

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships

• 1–10 years of experience in HVAC or related trades

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred

• Experience in estimating, quoting, project coordination, or technical sales is a plus

• Strong computer and typing skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask and work independently

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
