Position Overview

Aspire Autism Therapy is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This is a remote position supporting children and families receiving ABA services in Texas.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable providing remote clinical supervision and caregiver training, and committed to delivering ethical, individualized, and high-quality ABA services.

Required Qualifications
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Bilingual in English and Spanish – required
Must be enrolled/credentialed and in network with Texas Medicaid
Must meet all applicable Texas Medicaid provider requirements for providing and supervising ABA services
Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Ability to effectively supervise and provide clinical direction to RBTs remotely
Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Provide ongoing clinical supervision and direction to RBTs
Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data
Modify treatment programs based on client progress and clinical need
Conduct caregiver/parent training and provide ongoing family support
Complete progress reports, treatment plan updates, reassessments, and other required clinical documentation
Ensure documentation meets payer, Texas Medicaid, and Aspire Autism Therapy requirements
Collaborate with families, RBTs, administrative staff, and other members of the treatment team
Maintain appropriate supervision requirements and ensure services are provided in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
Participate in team meetings and communicate scheduling or clinical concerns promptly
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $60–$65 per hour, W-2 employment

Full-time employees become eligible for company benefits after 30 days of employment. Aspire Autism Therapy pays 50% of the employee premium for eligible:
