Accountabilities

  • Maintain a consistent remote working schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours.
Requirements:
  • Bring previous experience supporting U.S. healthcare or Medicare populations, such as through a medical office, healthcare call center, insurance verification, care coordination, Medicare Advantage organization, or similar environment.
  • Demonstrate strong spoken English with clear pronunciation, neutral delivery, appropriate pacing, and the ability to be easily understood by older adult patients.
  • Be comfortable explaining healthcare and Medicare concepts to patients who may have questions or require additional clarification.
  • Have a professional and confident telephone presence, with strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be comfortable spending most of the working shift making outbound calls and engaging patients proactively.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Be comfortable using web-based healthcare or business systems and demonstrate strong general technical proficiency.
  • Have reliable high-speed internet, with a minimum recommended download speed of 25 Mbps.
  • Maintain a quiet, professional home-office environment suitable for confidential patient conversations.
  • Have a headset with a clear microphone suitable for extended telephone communication.
  • Be available to work consistently during U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours.
  • As part of the application process, be prepared to provide a 60–90 second voice recording using a provided script to demonstrate clarity, tone, pacing, and spoken communication skills.
Benefits:
  • Base compensation of $5 per hour.
  • Additional $1–$2 per completed enrollment, providing performance-based earning potential.
  • Paid training to support onboarding and preparation for the role.
  • Full-time or part-time scheduling options, with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
  • Remote working environment with a consistent schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern or Central Time business hours.
  • Opportunity to increase earnings through enrollment volume, efficiency, and consistent performance.
  • Opportunity to gain further experience supporting U.S. healthcare and Medicare populations.
