Parts Counterperson in REDWOOD CITY, California at Boardwalk Auto Center

Assist service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying the correct parts.Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases.Process parts orders, special orders, returns, and warranties.Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well stocked.Work closely with the service department to ensure timely repair completion.Use dealership management software to look up parts, process invoices, and manage inventory.Meet dealership standards for customer service, productivity, and accuracy. Requirements: Previous dealership parts experience preferred. * Knowledge of automotive components and manufacturer parts catalogs. * Experience with Dealertrack preferred * Strong computer and organizational skills.
