Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Partnerships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Partnerships based in the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, Partnerships, you will serve as a market-facing product representative across major technology and partner ecosystems.
You will build strategic relationships with product and solutions leaders, identify emerging ecosystem shifts, and turn market signals into actionable product opportunities.
The role combines commercial fluency, technical product depth, ecosystem intelligence, and strong written communication.
You will help identify developments in areas such as agentic commerce, partner platforms, payments, agencies, and reseller channels early enough to inform product decisions.
Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, and partner-facing teams, you will bring validated market intelligence back into the product organization.
This is a highly autonomous role where your influence comes through strong relationships, clear analysis, and product-grounded recommendations rather than direct ownership of roadmaps or engineering execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Represent Product within strategic technology and partner ecosystems, building strong relationships with product and solutions leaders across major platforms and with principals of leading fundraising agencies and consultancies.
  • Establish and maintain a market presence across relevant industry events, conferences, ecosystem summits, partner meetings, and other strategic forums.
  • Identify emerging ecosystem developments, partner needs, market shifts, and technology trends that could create meaningful product opportunities.
  • Translate field intelligence into concise written product cases that explain the opportunity, supporting signals, potential value, and implications for the platform.
  • Track developments across agentic commerce, payments, AI-enabled platforms, and strategic technology ecosystems early enough to support proactive product decisions.
  • Source opportunities involving agencies, resellers, white-label models, ecosystem partnerships, and other potential market motions.
  • Validate partner and market opportunities against the platform’s actual capabilities, architecture, integrations, roadmap context, and technical constraints before commitments are made.
  • Maintain architecture-level knowledge of the platform and confidently answer capability, integration, and technical questions in partner and market-facing discussions.
  • Ensure relevant market signals are captured in shared product-intelligence processes so that partnership and product teams can identify patterns and evaluate potential bets.
  • Produce written outcome memos from conferences and ecosystem engagements, focusing on actionable implications rather than activity summaries.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing by providing product-grounded narratives, feasibility-checked use cases, and market intelligence that can inform positioning and launch activities.
  • Influence internal and external stakeholders without direct ownership of their teams, using strong relationships, evidence, and clear recommendations to accelerate decision-making.
  • Travel up to approximately 30%, including major industry conferences, partner events, and in-person meetings across the United States.

Requirements:

  • Direct experience working within the Salesforce, HubSpot, or Stripe partner ecosystem, relevant experience in an adjacent partner domain, or a demonstrated ability to build a comparable strategic relationship network from the ground up.
  • Strong commercial fluency, with the ability to assess market opportunities through ICP definition, business mechanics, revenue logic, and potential strategic value.
  • Deep product understanding and the ability to develop architecture-level knowledge of a technology platform, including capabilities, integrations, multi-tenancy, technical constraints, and upcoming developments.
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders and discuss product architecture, capabilities, integrations, and feasibility without directly owning engineering delivery.
  • Strong writing skills and disciplined documentation habits, with the ability to turn market intelligence into clear, concise, actionable product cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful signals in complex ecosystems and distinguish actionable opportunities from general market activity.
  • Comfortable influencing teams and stakeholders without direct reporting authority, with a track record of driving outcomes through cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with senior product, technology, solutions, agency, and partner stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate independently in a market-facing role with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity.
  • Russian language proficiency is required to serve as a working bridge with a largely Russian-speaking product and engineering organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% for conferences, ecosystem events, partner meetings, and agency engagements.

Benefits:

  • Annual compensation range of $167,000–$196,000.
  • Final compensation determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, role alignment, and location.
  • Remote position for candidates based in the United States, with the role aligned primarily to EST and CST time zones.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employees plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • 20 vacation days, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays, and 1 additional floating holiday.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance.
  • Company-paid basic life insurance and AD&D coverage.
  • Paid parental leave of 12 weeks for primary caregivers and 6 weeks for secondary caregivers.
  • Generous home office stipend to support a remote working environment.
  • Annual professional development stipend for workshops, courses, seminars, and other learning opportunities.
  • Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered nonprofit organizations.
  • Opportunity to build relationships across major technology ecosystems and contribute market intelligence directly to product strategy.
  • Exposure to emerging areas including agentic commerce, AI-enabled platforms, payments, partner ecosystems, and digital fundraising technology.
