This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Content Writer based in India.

This role offers an opportunity for skilled writers to create original, human-authored content across a range of subject areas and language contexts. Your work will contribute to language data and AI evaluation initiatives designed to improve the quality and robustness of language technologies. You will work independently from structured prompts while drawing on your own subject-matter expertise, writing style, and creativity. The role is particularly suited to experienced writers, academics, professionals, and subject-matter experts looking for flexible project-based work. Assignments may span areas such as business, law, philosophy, biography, religion, poetry, and other specialized domains. As an independent contractor, you can contribute from anywhere in India while managing your availability around project requirements.

• Produce original, human-authored written content based on prompts provided for specific subject domains.
• Apply relevant subject-matter expertise to create accurate, engaging, and contextually appropriate content.
• Adapt writing style, tone, structure, and depth to the requirements of each assignment.
• Ensure all submitted work is entirely original and created without AI writing tools, translation tools, or copied material from external sources.
• Provide written confirmation that submitted content is original and meets project requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and agree not to republish or distribute project content elsewhere.
• Complete accepted assignments accurately and within the required timelines.
• Work independently with minimal creative direction while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
• Contribute to language data and AI evaluation projects focused on improving multilingual language technology.
• Maintain reliable availability for accepted assignments and meet applicable project workload expectations.

• Native-level fluency and excellent writing ability in the target language.
• Demonstrable subject-matter expertise in one or more areas such as law, business, biography, religion, philosophy, poetry, or other specialized fields.
• Prior professional, academic, creative, or published writing experience is preferred.
• Strong command of grammar, style, tone, structure, and domain-specific communication.
• Ability to interpret a prompt and independently develop a complete, well-structured piece of original content.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, originality, and quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage assignments with limited supervision.
• Strict adherence to confidentiality and content ownership requirements.
• Comfortable completing project-based work with fluctuating availability rather than guaranteed hours.
• Reliable availability to meet agreed delivery timelines, with many assignments requiring a minimum commitment of approximately 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
• Updated CV in English and willingness to complete a GenAI skills assessment as part of the onboarding process.
• Ability to manage applicable tax obligations associated with independent contractor work.
