This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Revenue Operations Analyst, Policy & Rules of Engagement based in the United States.
This entry-level role supports Field Sales teams by helping apply go-to-market policies and rules of engagement consistently.
You will respond to policy questions, support dispute resolution, and help maintain accurate documentation and operational data.
The position offers exposure to revenue operations, sales processes, business systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work with operations, strategy, sales compensation, and sales systems teams to make processes clearer and easier to use.
The role combines careful analysis, organization, communication, and continuous learning in a fully remote environment.
You will also help identify process and documentation gaps and contribute to policy updates as business needs evolve.
This is an opportunity to build foundational experience in revenue operations while supporting scalable go-to-market processes.
- Support the documentation, maintenance, and organization of go-to-market policies and rules of engagement for Field Sales teams.
- Respond to policy-related questions and requests through established support channels, including Salesforce Chatter, case requests, and internal collaboration channels.
- Support the resolution of policy-related disputes by reviewing applicable guidelines and providing consistent responses.
- Apply established policies carefully and accurately, escalating complex or unclear questions when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate operational data, process documentation, and best practices for first-tier sales teams.
- Help ensure policy information remains clear, accessible, and aligned with current business processes.
- Collaborate with operations, strategy, sales compensation, and sales systems partners to support consistent policy application.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement within existing documentation and processes.
- Communicate identified gaps to the appropriate stakeholders and support follow-up actions.
- Assist with policy updates as business requirements, go-to-market processes, and organizational needs evolve.
- Support annual planning activities related to policies, rules of engagement, and sales operations.
- Organize and prioritize multiple requests while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to process improvements that make revenue operations workflows easier to understand and scale.
- Develop knowledge of relevant sales systems and operational processes to provide increasingly effective support.
- Work asynchronously with cross-functional stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Early-career profile with a strong interest in revenue operations, sales operations, go-to-market policies, and business systems.
- Experience working carefully with data, documentation, administrative processes, or operational workflows through coursework, internships, projects, or previous professional roles.

- Base salary range of $71,200–$121,200 USD, depending on geographic location, education, experience, skills, abilities, market data, and internal equity.
- Sales roles may be eligible for incentive compensation targeted at up to 100% of offered base salary, subject to applicable eligibility.
