SALARY:
$21.85 - $25.00 per hour DOE. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative, logistical, and operational processes that support delivery of the preclinical curriculum.
- Support Course Directors and Course Administrative Assistants by developing and maintaining standardized processes, resources, documentation, and training.
- Coordinate curriculum systems and technologies, including the learning management system, assessments, evaluations, attendance, academic calendars, and other shared resources.
- Support curriculum planning, implementation, accreditation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement through data collection and documentation.
- Assist with identifying, tracking, and coordinating support for students who may be academically at risk.
- Improve departmental workflows, operational processes, and educational technologies.
- Provide administrative and operational support for departmental initiatives, committees, projects, and strategic priorities.
- Promote a culture that respects, values and promotes inclusive excellence.
- Serve on committees and project groups as assigned.
- Provide administrative support to faculty and students as appropriate.
