Bilingual Sales Consultant in Calumet City, Illinois at Advantage Toyota of River Oaks

Advantage Toyota of River Oaks is seeking motivated, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing sales team. We are especially interested in candidates who are fluent in Spanish and/or Polish to help serve our diverse customer base.

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and support for candidates who are eager to learn and succeed.

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Conduct test drives and explain financing options
• Follow up with leads and potential customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Polish (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
