This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Analista de Contratos SR | Governança de TI based in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity for a contracts and governance professional to support strategic technology operations in a fast-growing environment.
You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, strengthening supplier governance, and improving operational processes.
The position plays a key role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and control across technology-related vendors and services.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Procurement, Finance, Legal, and technical leadership teams.
The role requires analytical thinking, strong organization, and the ability to identify optimization opportunities.

Accountabilities:

The professional will be responsible for overseeing contract governance activities, supporting supplier management, and improving processes related to technology procurement and operations. This role requires ownership of contract data, risk analysis, operational controls, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient management of the supplier ecosystem.

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of contracts, from onboarding and monitoring to renewals and closures.
  • Support supplier governance and strategic management of the technology contract portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, tool optimization, and cost efficiency improvements.
  • Analyze contracts, deadlines, risks, and improvement opportunities to strengthen governance practices.
  • Monitor purchasing and payment processes in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Source-to-Pay teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of contract databases, reports, and operational indicators.
  • Support integration processes related to acquisitions, incorporating new contracts and suppliers into governance models.
  • Manage governance processes for corporate cards used for technology tools and services.
  • Act as a point of contact for technical leadership regarding supplier and contract decisions.
  • Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and controls to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in contract management, supplier governance, procurement, or operational management, with strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different business areas. Experience in technology environments and process optimization will be considered a plus.

  • Experience managing contracts, suppliers, procurement processes, or governance activities.
  • Previous experience with administrative and financial processes related to service contracting.
  • Strong skills in controls, reporting, indicators, and data management.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with ERPs, procurement systems, or contract management platforms.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify improvements, and support decision-making.
  • Experience working in technology companies or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Experience with post-merger integration projects (M&A) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, SaaS licensing, IT Governance, FinOps, Power BI, SQL, or process automation tools is a differentiator.
