Position Summary: The Project Manager I coordinates and executes crossfunctional projects, supports product management activities, and contributes to market research and commercial initiatives.

Contract Duration: 12 month contract

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Manages all aspects of projects for the organization.
  • Coordinates the work activities for multiple functions to ensure satisfying delivery.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution and delivery.
  • Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management.
  • Assists with the selection, negotiation and managing of all activities regarding external consultants or vendors. Must build collaborative relationships.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support product and business decisions.
  • Assist with product management tasks such as requirements gathering, prioritization, and crossfunctional alignment.

  • Work under minimal supervision. Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned goals. May periodically assist in orienting, training, assigning and checking the work of lower-level employees. Referring only complex problems and issues
  • Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers.
  • Select, present with, and manage external distributors and customers
  • support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, launches, and campaign planning.
  • Supports sales teams by providing project insights, customer research, product updates, and materials that improve customer engagement.
  • Helps ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs, enabling effective sales and marketing execution.

Expertise: Qualifications - Experience/Training/Education/Etc

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of project management and marketing experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Additional Requirements:

  • Occasional business travel required, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
