This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Growth Manager based in Germany.

This role offers the opportunity to drive global growth initiatives for a technology business operating at the intersection of cloud solutions, marketing, and innovation.
As a Senior Growth Manager, you will own key parts of the digital acquisition strategy, helping generate qualified demand and accelerate business growth.
You will lead paid media programs, optimize marketing performance, and collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.
The position combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, data analysis, and continuous experimentation to improve growth outcomes.
You will work in a remote-first, international environment where ownership, agility, and measurable impact are highly valued.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced B2B growth professional who enjoys scaling programs, testing new ideas, and turning insights into revenue-driving actions.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and scale digital acquisition strategies across key paid marketing channels to generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, and Google.
  • Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target priority accounts and improve pipeline generation.
  • Manage campaign structures, audience targeting, performance optimization, and budget allocation to maximize marketing impact.
  • Own relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and partners to ensure successful campaign execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage marketing budgets in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including optimization of available marketing development funds.
  • Partner with creative, marketing, sales, and product teams to develop campaign assets and align growth initiatives with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
  • Analyze key growth metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline efficiency to improve performance and return on investment.
  • Contribute to building scalable growth processes and improving the overall digital acquisition engine.
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience working in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
  • Strong experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, and Account-Based Marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record of launching and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution.
  • Experience managing significant marketing budgets and optimizing spend based on performance data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage agency relationships and external partners to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills with experience working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in cloud technology, SaaS, developer-focused marketing, or technical industries is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment with flexible working options.
  • Unlimited vacation policy.
  • Health insurance coverage.
  • Parental leave support.
  • Employee stock option plan.
  • Home office allowance.
  • Professional development stipend to support continuous learning.
  • Peer recognition program.
  • Opportunity to work with a global team of talented professionals across different regions.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation, diversity, and personal growth.
