We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Installation Services professional to deploy and support enterprise server, network, and physical security infrastructure solutions.
The role focuses on complex hardware installations, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring reliable integration across critical technology environments.

The IT Infrastructure Installation Services II professional will independently manage infrastructure deployment activities, ensuring successful implementation, validation, and support of enterprise technology environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading hardware provisioning activities, including advanced RAID configuration and disk optimization to support high-performance applications.
• Configuring and validating Dell server management tools, including iDRAC, Lifecycle Controller, and firmware baselines before operating system deployment.
• Deploying operating systems through PXE boot automation or remote installation methods, including Windows Server and hardened Linux environments.
• Designing and implementing network segmentation strategies using VLANs and dedicated subnets to support secure infrastructure operations.
• Configuring Cisco networking equipment, including QoS policies, PoE/PoE+ management, and network security controls.
• Applying network hardening practices such as ACL configuration, secure management protocols, and disabling unnecessary services.
• Collaborating with network engineers, security teams, and installation specialists to validate connectivity and infrastructure readiness.
• Performing comprehensive testing, including bandwidth, latency, and physical connectivity validation before operational handoff.
• Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including topology diagrams, VLAN records, IP assignments, configuration backups, and as-built documentation.
• Providing 24x7 technical support, troubleshooting infrastructure issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintaining accurate asset records, configuration documentation, and project status reporting throughout deployment activities.
• Supporting junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure deployment, networking, and systems administration, with the ability to support global operations. Required qualifications and skills include:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise server and network infrastructure deployment.
• Strong expertise with Dell PowerEdge server platforms, including RAID/PERC controllers, iDRAC configuration, firmware management, and Lifecycle Controller operations.
• Proficiency with Cisco networking technologies, including Catalyst switches, VLAN configuration, QoS implementation, PoE management, and IOS security hardening.
• Experience deploying, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux operating systems in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell and experience with automation tools for configuration management.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools including Dell OpenManage, PXE deployment systems, iDRAC Virtual Media, Ansible, CMDB platforms, and configuration backup solutions.
• Experience with network monitoring, bandwidth testing, latency measurement, and technical validation processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve medium-complexity infrastructure issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams in a 24x7 support environment.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
