Accountabilities:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while ensuring performance, security, and scalability. You will contribute to platform evolution through custom development, integrations, automation, and technical improvements.

  • Administer, configure, and implement solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies.
  • Configure and maintain automation tools such as Process Builder, Flows, Chatter, Quick Actions, and workflow approvals.
  • Implement security rules, access controls, validation rules, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and data governance practices.
  • Develop custom objects, triggers, controllers, web services, reports, dashboards, and other platform components.
  • Create and maintain Apex test classes to ensure strong code coverage and application reliability.
  • Develop and maintain system integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Configure Connected Apps and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
  • Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader, Force.com, and development tools such as VS Code.
  • Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance analysis of Salesforce applications.
  • Review and implement platform updates based on Salesforce Release Notes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Salesforce development processes and best practices.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Salesforce professional with strong development and administration expertise. You should have a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, integrations, and enterprise CRM solutions.

  • Proven experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and implementation.
  • Strong hands-on experience developing with Apex, Visualforce, classes, controllers, triggers, and custom objects.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Process Builder, Flows, Chatter, Quick Actions, and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and dynamic queries in Apex.
  • Experience creating test classes and maintaining high code coverage standards.
  • Experience with Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Knowledge of integration frameworks, APIs, Trigger Framework, Recursive Triggers, VF Remoting, and asynchronous processing such as Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Future Methods.
  • Experience configuring Connected Apps and supporting enterprise integrations.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Loader, Force.com, VS Code, custom tabs, email services, and web services.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience analyzing and applying Salesforce platform updates and release changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification required.
  • Advanced English communication skills, including the ability to participate in professional conversations and interviews.
