About the role

As an Analyst Partner Operations, you act as the vital link between our partners and our internal Sales and Operations teams. You are responsible for operational excellence within our partner processes, ensuring smooth order processing. You will work in a dynamic environment where you coordinate and monitor partner operations, support order processing, provide deal desk support, and drive continuous process improvements. Your role is essential to maintaining strong partner relationships and streamlining our operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor the entire partner order process (Order-to-Cash)

  • Review and process incoming partner orders and contracts

  • Support the processing of contract terminations and adjustments

  • Provide active support for Deal Desk inquiries, particularly concerning complex quotation structures

  • Create analyses and statistics regarding partner business (e.g., partner activity, order volumes)

  • Conduct regular reviews and quality assurance for data within our systems

  • Continuously improve internal order and processing workflows

About you

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with commercial vocational training, a business-related degree, or equivalent qualification. You bring initial professional experience in Sales Operations, Partner Management, or Order Management, and have a strong understanding of operational processes. You are structured, service-oriented, and thrive in supporting internal and external stakeholders with a positive attitude.

Your technical proficiency with CRM systems and accounting software, combined with advanced MS Office skills - particularly Excel with advanced formulas and Pivot tables - makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You have excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken, and you are committed to continuous improvement and process optimization.

To be ahead of the pack, you might have

  • Experience with Salesforce or other advanced CRM platforms

  • Familiarity with additional accounting software systems beyond DATEV

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools

  • Knowledge of supply chain or order management processes
